If you're a fan of magic and like going on old cruise ships, there's something for you in Long Beach in April when FantaSea makes its return at the Queen Mary.  Back for a second year, this event is a partnership with the world famous Magic Castle to bring an afternoon and evening of strolling and close-up magic, workshops, drinks, food, tours, and shows.  It's nice to see the Queen Mary produce these various seasonal events (after Chill and Dark Harbor).  So if you're antsying for some abra cadabra, consider making a stop over by Downtown Long Beach for this fun production!

Close-Up Magic, Strolling Magicians, Magic Mixology, Live Performances, and More Aboard the Majestic Queen Mary

Long Beach, CA – The mysterious world of magic will once again cast its spell upon The Queen Mary at the 2nd annual FantaSea Saturday, April 8, from 12 – 6:00 p.m.  The glory of The Queen Mary and the mystique of the Academy of Magical Arts, and their World Famous Clubhouse - The Magic Castle, will converge to create another captivating day of show-stopping performances and sleight-of-hand tricks.

Get up close and personal with roaming magicians ready to captivate, learn a trick or two from expert performers, and experience the thrill of tarot card reading. Enjoy an enchanted cocktail in the Magic Mushroom Bar, and let your senses bubble over with eccentric libations made by wizards of the cosmic world at Magic Mixology.

Following a day of tantalizing fun, experience the one-of-a-kind evening magic shows with celebrity magicians. Step inside the Queen’s Salon and enjoy the jaw-dropping Night of Illusions Show at 7 p.m. and the mystifying mind reading Mentalist Show at 9 p.m. Enjoy the Mysteries of Magic Dinner Show at 7 p.m. in the Grand Salon with an elegant, chef-prepared 4-course dinner along with thrilling acts by master magicians, Kyle and Mistie Knight, that will perplex your mind with an unforgettable evening of mystery

Explore the Queen Mary's most notorious paranormal hot spots with FantaSea’s late night Haunted Encounters Tour. Learn why the Queen Mary was voted one of the top 10 most haunted destinations by Time Magazine and hear chilling tails of the ships haunted past.

For an added enchanted treat, grab the young wizards and witches and spend Sunday morning aboard the Queen Mary. Abracadabra Brunch is a special charmed version of the Queen Mary’s Signature Brunch in a more intimate setting with added twists and extra helpings of magic. FantaSea returns to the legendary Queen Mary on Saturday, April 8. Tickets start at $29 for adults and $15 for children. The Mysteries of Magic Dinner Show is 21+ only and is $99 per person. Night of Illusions Show is $29 per person.  Abracadabra Brunch is $78.95 per adult and $33.95 for children (ages 4-11) on Sunday, April 9.  Haunted Encounters Tour is $19 per person.  Hotel packages are also available and include 2 general admission tickets.
